Become a Volunteer at Otra Mas
We are looking for dedicated volunteers to help us make a difference.
If you have a passion for horses and meet the following qualifications, we invite you to apply:
- Prior Horse Experience: Essential for safe handling and care.
- Equine Safety Knowledge: Understanding of safety protocols around horses.
- Grooming Skills: Ability to groom horses, including currying, brushing, mane and tail care, and hoof picking.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable with physical tasks around large animals.
- Commitment to Client Sessions: Willing to assist during our client sessions.
- Consistent Schedule: Able to commit to regular volunteering hours.
- Training Participation: Must attend a training session to learn our protocols.
